run

i am your trash

had bike training today. it rained. rah. but i guess i should be grateful that we were able to train... or else ah, i'd be feeling like a blob of flab now. uh amazingly, i managed to keep up with jina and clarissa. hur. i think maybe they were going easy. i was huffing and puffing... oh dear. well i tried out my new higher seat height. i wish that they would teach us more about technique and the science of it. at least someone can teach us how to reduce air resistance, what's the best position, how to clean the bike (and tell me beforehand not to use WD40) all that stuff. hurhur. i think that stuff is just as, if not more important than the heavy training. cos if we are training blindly then that's just so dumb ain't it? then what happens when there isn't a coach around??? they should have a suggestion box for nts.. ahah.

mm. well as i was saying. it was raining, so the roads were wet. we were drafting most of the time so i got a lot of dirty water into my mouth and on the lenses of my sunnies. uh, i was panicking a lot cos there was so much water on my lenses i couldn't see a lot of the time... very scary.

best moment of the bike ride:
we are riding at a happy 30km/h or so... drafting each other. jina's in the lead, me and clar following behind. suddenly jina shouts "SLOW DOWN! i need to scratch my nose!". we all slow down and try not to fall off our bikes as we laugh our heads off. jina, you are DA BEST man..

i think i totally ruined my bike when i flooded it with WD40. honestly... everything is so oily now. EVERYTHING! hur. i get bike stains for standing next to the bike. someone out there, help!

i feel like tissue paper. i am used, played with, held on to, then thrown away. and if i'm "lucky" enough, i get recycled. damn, doesn't anyone care about others' feelings anymore?? time to shut up.

[pat]* decided to runaway-.
